Sign up to join the PPG
All registered patients and staff of Falkland Surgery are eligible to be members of the Patient Participation Group. Members receive copies of our newsletter (currently twice a year) and occasional emails, such as to invite you to open evenings. We may also sometimes ask for feedback on the surgery which we can pass on to them to help improve services.
To sign up, please fill in the form. We will then email you to confirm you want to sign up (this ‘double authentication’ is recommended for data protection purposes. This is currently a manual process so there may be a delay of a day or so before you receive that email.
